Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fd Inc (NNY)

Nuveen today announced that the Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund (NYSE: NNY) has declared a post-reorganization distribution. The distributions follow the pre-reorganization distribution, announced on March 30, 2021.

The reorganization of Nuveen Maryland Quality Municipal Income Fund (NYSE: NMY) into Nuveen Quality Municipal Income Fund (NYSE: NAD) and the reorganization of Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund 2 (NYSE: NYV) into Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund (NYSE: NNY) were completed prior to the open of the New York Stock Exchange on April 12, 2021.
