Conifer Infrastructure Partners Closes Oversubscribed Inaugural Fund at $900 Million
Conifer Infrastructure Partners ("Conifer"), a private equity firm focused on building and operating high-growth, durable infrastructure platforms in the energy and critical materials sectors, announced the closing of Conifer Infrastructure Partners I, LP (together with its related vehicles, the "Fund") at its hard cap of $900 million. The Fund was oversubscribed, exceeding its $500 million target and holding a single institutional closing process less than five months from launch.
